Admitted to practice in 1975. He received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Arizona State University in 1967. He received his J.D. Degree from Lincoln University School of Law in 1974. He has been a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, since 1983. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is past Chair of both the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Sections.
